The Rully comprises of a 74 litre convection oven with grill with a wide 26 litre static electric oven and grill above it. A selection of hob tops is available.

The Rully offers true Lacanche professional performance and output from a relatively small unit, suitable for any kitchen. We know it will be popular with customers who will combine it with a latent heat stove or wood burning stove which provides them with heating but leaves them with a requirement for a serious cooker offering high performance from a small footprint unit. It is also ideal for smaller kitchens, flats and apartments. It neatly fills the gap left by 90cm cookers. A formidable punch from a small contender, but what else would you expect from Lacanche?

Lacanche range cookers are different to other range cookers in the market and boast an extraordinary heritage. They take their name from the village of Lacanche situated deep in the heart of the Burgundian countryside in France. A foundry was established here some 200 years ago, and ever since then range cookers have been manufactured on this site, primarily for use in French commercial kitchens.

French cuisine and French chefs and cooks are admired and respected universally. The demanding environment in which they work and their own exacting standards are the forces and influences which have shaped today's Lacanche range cookers. A Lacanche range cooker boasts a genuine professional pedigree; it's is a professional range cooker dressed for the home.

So when it came to choosing a range cooker for the Novelli Academy, there was only one choice for Britain's favorite French chef. Lacanche. With such a large range of cookers to choose from, Jean-Christophe Novelli chose the Lacanche Vezelay. This unique range cooker is 2.2 metres long, with two large 74 litre ovens and a 84 litre simmer oven. It boasts a powerful hob top with six open gas burners, a 5 Kw traditional simmer plate, and two integrated induction hob elements. Finished in Provence yellow with chrome trim, the Lacanche Vezelay takes pride of place in the Novelli Academy.

Lacanche Cookery Demonstrations

We are delighted to announce a programme of live cookery demonstrations for 2009 throughout the United Kingdom.

At each demonstration our chef will be cooking seasonal dishes on a range of Lacanche Cookers. Menus will vary from Spring Dining, Summer Days, Winter Warmers and towards the end of the year Christmas with Lacanche.
