The Brasserie offers high performance extraction with classic style and elegance. Finished by hand in any of the Lacanche colours the Brasserie is truly a unique extractor. Available with internal or external motors, from 1 metre wide to 2.2 metres, the Brasserie is the ultimate extractor for your Lacanche range cooker.

Models are available in widths to suit all of our cooker sizes, with either single or double motors, in brass or chrome trim.

Colour Finishes

Any Lacanche colour or stainless steel - due to the enamelling process there may be shading differences between the colour of the extractor and the Lacanche range cooker.
