Raymond Blanc

With restaurants, a cookery school and Michelin stars to his name, as well as his internationally admired hotel Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons in Oxfordshire has. Raymond Blanc is one of the UK's best known and foremost chefs and continues to influence fellow chefs, restaurants and the public alike in culinary matters.
He periodically cooks on a Lacanche range cooker in the kitchen at Le Manoir and it can been seen in action on television in programmes like 'Raymond Blanc's Christmas Feast'.

Richard Hughes

In a career that has taken him from a hotel pot wash to a Michelin-starred kitchen, to his own portfolio of restaurants in Norfolk, Richard Hughes has been cooking professionally for more than 37 years. Combining The Richard Hughes Cookery School and The Lavender House has allowed Richard to share his lifelong passion for food with an ever-growing audience. The restaurant boasts 2 AA Rosettes and the Cookery school was awarded the title of Best School in the UK in 2013. Richard is also patron of the Norfolk Food & Drink Festival. He is also the author of several books, the latest, "School Dinners", recipes from the UK Cookery School of the Year, published in October 2014. With numerous awards and accolades to his name Richard is still as passionate, enthusiastic and dedicated as ever and his teaching and writing continues to inspire a host of cooks, both professionally and in home kitchens. Richard cooks on the Lacanche Chemin in his home kitchen!

Mary Kemp

Mary Kemp is one of East Anglia's foremost cooks, cookery writers, presenters and authorities on growth, production and preparation of seasonal British food. Mary is a regular guest on local radio talking about cookery and seasonal food, and writes a monthly cookery column for “Exclusive” a Suffolk based magazine.

As well as giving cookery talks and demonstrations across East Anglia she also hosts tailor made cookery days in her beautiful kitchen at Hill House Farm started in 2003, where of course there is a Lacanche range cooker.
